You should get a green, thick mixture from this batter 3. Heat a cast-iron skillet over a medium heat4. Brush with some vegetable oil or butter 5. Using a ladle as your measurement, transfer small mounds of pancake batter onto the skillet or pan, and do it slowly 6. Wait until the bubbles pop on the surface of the pancake, then carefully flip the pancakes and cook for another minute or so 7. Repeat the process until all of the mixture is used.
