Nothing Better Than A Cozy Latte

Fix yourself a healthy latte and sit back with a book you like, because this recipe is going to make you feel just that.

A good cup of latte, coupled with some new cooking magazines or a bit of Netflix.

Making lattes doesn't have to be hard at all, in fact, it's simple. It's actually getting the right texture from the milk and foams that's tricky for many people.

In this recipe, we will debunk all of that and help you create the best lattes ever.

The Technique To Making A Flavorful & Healthy Latte

The best lattes are the ones with lots of foam and are creamy.

To achieve that, you have to add some heavy cream to your milk to make it creamy, and you'll have to use a mason jar and shake the milk until you get the desired foam.

Or, you could use a milk froth or an espresso machine.

Pro tip #1: If you're a regular latte drinker, investing in an electric milk frother or a basic espresso maker can save you tons of money each year.

Why Dark Chocolate?

If you've been drinking coffee latte, then you're going to love this one.

Other than its good taste, dark chocolate is known for its ability to lower blood pressure and cholesterol.

Coupled with our Jamaican Cocoa Twist, you'll get the perfect dark chocolate latte.

Pro tip #2: Add vanilla or plain whey protein powder in the batter for enhanced nutrition.
